I lost the electrical feed to my FIOS service which interrupted my TV, Internet, and phone equipment. Jolt responded to this situation promptly which I appreciated as these items are essential to my household. Mr. Moszkowicz diagnosed that the line within the wall feeding FIOS had apparently corroded opening it up. He quickly hooked up a temporary so that FIOS could be restored, and then installed a new permanent line. He clearly explained what he was doing and why which was helpful to me. I will use Jolt again for any electrical problems that may arise!
